Plot
The ninja world has changed over the last sixty years. Naruto and all the other Naruto characters have either gone into hiding or have been killed. Two out of the five Kages have been killed and there hasn't been anyone to take there place. Also the Hokage has been Captured as of late. Sasuke killed himself saving Naruto from a fatal attack. He did this out of realizing he was still naruto's friend. Naruto became kage and died with the new Kage Takai in his place. The Ninja World is going into all out war. Come and join the war. You may be the one person to tip the balance and save or destroy to ninja world.

*Jutsu name: Light Blast
*Element: Light (This is specially takai's only because he earned it by going way to far past his limits with soldier pills, he survived only because he was knocked uncouncious.)
*Description: It blast a huge amount of light out with a raw amount of power. It is not elegant, but it isn't weak.
*Rank: S
Reach: Hundred Meters, a running pace. It draws back to takai instantly once used.
*Classification: Ninjutsu
*Brief description of damage done: It knocks anyone within radius, friend or foe backwards incredibly hard. Hard enough to break trees. It annhilates the ground in a hundred foot radius six feet down, and all vegetation in the area. Animals are knocked back.
*Description: Blinds everything, but takai. Everyone continues to stay blind out of a jutsu. Instead of seeing black, they see white. Everytime they get hit the worst memory in their life appears and runs through it in a flash. The third hit they see the same image over and over until the genjutsu is disspelled.
*Rank: A
Reach: Anyone who can see it.
*Classification: genjutsu/ ninjutsu {The initial blinding is ninjutsu,
*Brief description of damage done: None except blindness. ----------------------------------------------------
*Jutsu name: Overwhelming light
*Element:Light
*Description: Light emanates from takai, making his body parts unseeable for the most part. It slows all weapons down when they hit the light reducing the amount of force by half.

Reach:Two feet from every body part on takai.
*Classification: Jutsu
*Brief description of damage done: No damage
